Enabling SSO

To start using JWT single sign-on, you need to generate a Public Key and Private Key for your Chargely site.

Obtaining a Public Key & Private Key

  1. Log in to your Chargely account then go to your site’s dashboard.

  2. From your site’s dashboard, click on “API” in the “Settings” dropdown.

  3. Click on “Create a new API configuration”.

  4. Enter a name for this configuration.

    Use a descriptive name to indicate you are using this for SSO. Note the Public Key and Private Key and store them in a safe place.

Note

Never give out your Private Key or allow it to be exposed to prying eyes. Your Public Key is okay for sharing.

  1. Click “Save”.

Your Public Key and Private Key are now available for use by your single sign-on code.
